The Daily Grind

Where has the time gone...every time I think about updating our blog, I realize it has been weeks since my last post. Wow, being a Mom sure takes up a lot of your free time...in a good way of course :)
Lots of new and exciting things have been going on in our house...like a newly crawling baby! Yep, Conner has finally decided to take it to the next level. He gets around everywhere and anywhere he pleases. Time to baby proof the house. It felt like we would never get to this point!
Conner has also learned how to pull himself up...as well as sit-up from a laying position. It seemed to all happen in one day. He is growing so fast. He will be 9 months next week!

We are back in action...finally!
We've had a long, fun and relaxing Holiday season. Sean got to have about 2 weeks off...wish was a blessing to me because I had help with Conner. Who, by the way, is doing great. Growing fast! Still not crawling but taking more of a liking to standing and walking. Wonder if we will have a walker and not a crawler. We shall see!
He turned 8 months on the 7th of January. 8 months! Where has the time gone?! Before we know it we will be on our Caribbean Cruise for his 1st Birthday! Can't wait :)
Christmas was a lot of fun. We got to celebrate with both our families which was nice. Conner had a great time as well. Still a little young for the opening presents part but he had a swell time tearing the paper and eating it :)
Sean and I took on the last of the wallpaper war during his time off. What a pain! A little project turned into almost a week worth of wall fixing and touch ups. What would I do without him? Such an amazing man! But, in the end the room looks great and we are more than happy with the outcome!
